How it Works

1. Refer a friend.

Sign up to get your referral code and share it with someone you’d want sitting next to you in the consultation chair. You can text it, email it, or hand it over at coffee in Belleair.

2. Your friend books and visits.

They make their first appointment using your code, complete their visit, and meet our team. They get a special discount on that first appointment as our way of saying welcome.

3. Cha-ching, on both sides

Once their visit wraps, your reward lands in your account automatically. Use it on your next consultation, treatment, biostimulator series, or skincare order.

Why We Built This

Revive grew the old-fashioned way. Patients in Belleair, Safety Harbor, Dunedin, and Palm Harbor told their friends, their book clubs, their daughters, and their husbands about us long before any ad campaign existed. This program is our way of saying thank you to the people who built this practice. We’d rather hand our marketing budget to the patients who already love us than to a stranger writing copy somewhere else.

Your friend gets a discount off their first appointment, applied automatically at booking when they enter your code.
