Initial Visit: $250.00 for hormones only/ $350.00 for hormones and functional medicine evaluation
Nurse Visits: $99.00 first nurse visit is 6 weeks after the initial visit, then as needed.
Follow Up Visits: $190.00
What is Hormone Replacement Therapy?
Hormone replacement is a process that includes comprehensive lab testing,
symptom assessment, and treatment with bio-identical hormone replacement therapy to replace the identical form of the natural hormone that you have low levels in. We assess each hormone patient independently and get their symptoms additionally, at RevIVe medical spa we draw comprehensive lab profiles that are reviewed in a visit with a licensed medical doctor.

How The Process Works
At RevIVe your process begins with our nurse getting a symptoms overview and medical history, following that we draw your labs (our lab work is much more comprehensive than your PCP, most patients have over 12 lab components included). Once we receive your lab results, you will receive a copy and a basic explanation of what to expect for your specific treatment plan. From there, we book your visit with our MD and you have an in depth visit and begin treatment! We do 6 week nurse visits to evaluate how you are feeling, from there you have a 3 month follow up with the Doctor and once treatment is satisfactory you can move to twice yearly visits and lab work.
What Form Do The Hormones Come In?
There are many options of delivery of hormones available, at RevIVe we primarily utilize topical hormone creams for womens HRT and for males we utilize injectable testosterone replacement most commonly. Additional replacement with oral capsules and tablets can be necessary for some patients.
You should NOT use HRT if you:
- Think that you are pregnant
- Have problems with vaginal bleeding
- Have had certain kinds of cancers
- Have had a stroke or heart attack
- Have had blood clots
- Have liver disease
